Choosing a Suitable Grooming Location
Choosing a suitable location to do your dog grooming can make a lot of difference. In order to effectively establish grooming habits, you need an area that is practical but also enjoyable to work in. It should be an area that would contribute to grooming your dog on a regular basis. Think of an area inside or outside your home where you think will be the best place to do your grooming session. Here are some points to consider when setting up an ideal grooming station.
The amount of mess your grooming will make can determine the best place to groom. Find out how much clean up your dog requires. Long haired dogs can be easily groomed indoors because their coat stays in the comb. On the other hand, if you have a short coated dog, you may want to groom him outdoor since brushing a short coated shedder releases tiny hairs in the air.
